Guilds

Guilds in Maplestory are like clubs for certin people. It takes some time to figure out the right guild for you. Most guilds only want people who can be active in the game, so if you are in a guild, make sure you can get on often.

Joining a Guild

Now it's not usually hard to find a guild to join. Most guilds that are starting out will accept almost anyone. This guilds are usually small and might not be so active or have much going on. The guilds that have a lot of people or have many GP's (Guild Points) are usually only for high levels. Those guilds usually go on Guild quests which require certian levels.

Making a Guild

So maybe you didn't find your dream guild, and you would rather make one. Well doing this is very expensive. You will need 1.5million mesos. Then you will need to make sure you have 6 party members. Head on over to orbis and go to the guild making place which is to the far left. Now once you make your guild you can decided if you want an emblem (picture in front of your guild name) and/or more members to be able to invite. The emblem costs 5 million mesos. When you want to add more members it starts out costing 500K. Everytime you want to upgrade to more members it costs 1 million more then the last upgrade. For example the first upgrade is 500K and the next upgrade would be 1.5 million. You can only have up to 100 people in a guild.
