Color Bubbles

This tutorial will show you how to make colored bubbles on your images. I will be using this image of Mitch Hewer.

Make a new layout. Now grab one of the soft brushes(default). Now pick a bright color and use the brush on the new layer. Just click once or twice. Now change the layer mode to screen. And you are finished.
